Sacré is One of Five Unexpected Vermont Maple Treats Worth the Drive

Displayed in the Branon Family Maple Orchards sugarhouse, Sacré is made from organic maple syrup fermented with a vinegar mother and aged in bourbon barrels, then blended with fair trade, shade-grown coffee and fresh maple syrup. This complex, tangy beverage can be enjoyed on its own or mixed into cocktails, offering a unique take on maple.
